Welcome to Dan Mar Sporting Dogs

Dan Mar’s specialty in life is training bird hunting dogs. He began training field trail and hunting dogs early in life, winning his first field trial at the age of 9. He then competed in and won many more field trials until 1995, when he decided to devote his time entirely to helping other people train their own bird hunting dogs and family pets.

Since then he has traveled across North America giving seminars on obedience training and hunting dog training. Dan has a collection of videos, books, and dog training accessories allowing you to make the most of your bird hunting or household companion.
